Has your family been looking to try something fun and new this year?

With our changing seasons in Canada, one of the constants that change with them are our shoes.  From flip-flops in the summer to boots in the winter, and all other footwear in between, what we put on our feet has defined how healthy we stay.
While exploring this topic one day, our family of book and curriculum reviewers decided to put Hands of a Child's newest Custom Designed Project Pack to the test.  Can learning about what we put on our feet provide children across the country with the facts to know what is best for what seasons?
It did just that and more!

If your family has yet to try lapbooking, then this company has what you need.

Parent's Ease of Use:  Straightforward and well laid out, each project pack comes with detailed instructions, diagrams and pictures of a finished product - something to match every parent's learning style!

Cost:  The cost of Hands of a Child's Project Packs is extremely reasonable ranging from $9.00-$30.00USD, and are available as eBook downloads or as print packs mailed to you.

Learning Information:  Everything you need is included in the Project Pack: the history, background, designs, links to websites and even book suggestions...everything you need is included in the Pack.  A quick simple trip to the library can further individualize the Pack to meet your family's specific interest needs, but on it's own, these packs hold a lot of information.

Child's Perspective:  From a child's perspective, these Packs are just plain fun!  What more could we ask for?  If it's fun, they want to do it.  They are begging to get started.  They love it.

Hands of a Child's 'The History of Footwear' was a very informative and interesting pack for us to work with.  It is very informative information on the history of footwear from around the world ensured that not only was the actual topic of footwear learned, but also the history and geography of how footwear has changed nations - and changed with the seasons.
This pack has inspired teens to want to design their their own footwear, and younger children to do more than try on mom's shoes for playing dress up!

If you are looking for a fun learning package to add to your curriculum this year - any time throughout the year - then we recommend that you link over to Hands of a Child and view their many Project Pack topics: they have something for everyone!
